Houston Northwest Chamber Launches Business Accelerator Program
Houston, Spring & Klein, Champions TX –– The Houston Northwest Chamber is pleased to announce the launch of a new program designed to provide small to medium businesses and teams with the tools and advantages that corporations enjoy regularly. The Chamber has partnered with Chamber member Evolve Performance Group (Evolve PG), an international consulting and training firm that uses unique survey instruments to produce useful data to drive organizational results. The program is comprised of a comprehensive series of steps aptly called the Business Accelerator.
A company may place one or more business leaders/managers in the program. The employees reporting to this manager are given an Employee Engagement Survey and confidential data from the surveys creates an organizational “scorecard”. The manager(s) then participate in a Leadership Development learning event using the scorecard and their own self-assessment to identify strategies for change. After completing the Leadership Development program, the manager(s) utilizes four Coaching Calls by Evolve PG instructors to reinforce the implementation of the new strategies.
This kind of training has been successfully implemented in such corporations as WalMart, Northrop Grumman and Ritz-Carlton. Evolve PG’s founder, Jeff Tobaben is a former Gallup Consultant. Jeff’s experience in Behavioral Economics has helped many organizations realize higher levels of client loyalty, profitability and employee performance. This expertise is now available to organizations of all sizes within the Houston Northwest Chamber Business Accelerator Program.

The cost for one business leader to participate in the initial offering of the Business Accelerator is $2,550 and payment options are available. The first session of the Business Accelerator is Tuesday, October 27th, 8am-12 noon and subsequent sessions are scheduled over the next two Tuesdays. The deadline to sign-up is October 16th.
