- Business Accelerator Plus (BA+) enables leaders from an organization to come together with leaders from other companies to learn how to manage engagement and drive business performance. Leaders benefit from surveying their work teams with our best-in-class Employee Engagement Survey which includes 22 items scientifically validated to drive employee engagement and in turn, drive business performance. The post-survey learning lab offers leaders the opportunity to learn from each other and apply best practices taught in training. - Business Accelerator (BA) is designed for leaders who want to benefit from measuring employee engagement but are unable to come together in a group session. This program runs quarterly and includes an employee engagement survey and a personalized, easy to read scorecard to review survey results. We recommend that leaders repeat the engagement survey every 6 – 9 months to track their progress. The Business Accelerator is an economical way to build in Level 4 measurement for your training and development engagements, or to pilot/showcase the survey capabilities within a small division or in some teams at a larger firm.
