Evolve Performance Group recognized as one of the 101 Best & Brightest for 2nd year!

Evolve Performance Group believes that engagement starts at home and for the second consecutive year, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition agreed that they are creating the right kind of environment to help drive performance internally and for their clients.

Evolve Performance Group was selected as one of the Houston-based winners of the 2015 competition, which operates in seven different regions nationwide and puts nominated businesses through a two-step survey process that collects input from managers and employees. The winners, selected by an independent research firm, demonstrate innovative and exceptional human resource practices, according to the National Association of Business Resources, which administers the awards program.

Carol Stevens represented Evolve at the Best and Brightest Awards ceremony on Monday, April 20. The event featured top regional business speakers, a reception for award-winning companies, and the presentation of eleven elite awards for the following categories: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.
