What is Client Engagement?

Client Engagement is a higher level of attachment versus Client Satsifaction.  By building an emotional attachment with your clients, you create a sustainable advantage that goes beyond a transactional relationship.  Satisfaction is merely meeting expectations versus Engagement is exceeding them!  It is difficult to link satisfaction measures to business performance, yet engagement can be scientifically linked to a variety of business performance measures - Client Loyalty, Share of Wallet Revenue, Margin and Profitability.

Customers are transactional, Clients are relational.  It's the genuine relationship that you establish that creates long-term success.
