Evolve has the educational components that will set Leaders up for success!
Our scientifically validated employee engagement model is the foundation of our Leadership Programs. We empirically know that more engaged teams deliver higher levels of performance. To that end, our courses teach leaders to understand and deploy engagement as a business strategy. We also include a variety of key learnings from some of the world's best minds that support the concept of engagement. Additionally, we lean on the Gallup StrengthsFinder as an important tool to help leaders discover their individual talents, the talents of their team members and the power of establishing key partnerships. We customize our curriculum to meet the needs of your organization. Our program can be delivered in specific modules, in its entirety or completely customized for your organization's needs. We recommend pre-work for every module and post module coaching to achieve application of classroom topics.
The first session will focus on the difference between management and leadership, and the skills and behaviors needed for each. Participants will also receive their StrengthsFinder results and learn about their leadership style and how they can leverage their talents and manage their weaknesses. - Management: planning, organizing, controlling.
- Leadership: building a shared vision; inspiring, developing, empowering and engaging others;
continuous improvement.
We will use the pre-work as a diagnostic tool to define current state and desired future state. Participants will determine management/leadership actions needed to close the gap.
Through lectures and exercises, we will build a model of leadership traits needed to improve team performance and commitment at Osmose. We will use the data from the StrengthsFinder and an Employee Engagement Survey that will be administered to the participant's direct reports prior to the course. We will highlight behaviors needed to build shared purpose, communication up, down, and across the company, and accountability for self-development and the development of others.
Participants will be exposed to the importance of performance management strategy. This approach focuses on on-going performance management versus an annual or semi-annual approach. Participants will receive a number of guides and job aids that will assist them in building a culture of performance.
Participants will gain an understanding of the various levers that can be pulled to drive financial performance within an organization. This module also explores the importance of client engagement on various client outcomes such as revenue, loyalty, margin and share of wallet.
Participants will gain an understanding of leading change, change management concepts and how company culture impacts change. This module also includes insights to organizational alignment via the Galbraith Star and the importance of communication and cooperation throughout a company.
