Our 7 - Step Process to Better Engagement

Step 1 - Discovery

Our Engagement process begins by understanding what's most important to your organization. Many of our clients are trying to improve such business metrics such as turnover, safety, client satisfaction, sales revenue, leadership development, succession planning and per person productivity.  We want to make certain that we're "aiming" engagement at the business strategy of the organization. 

Step 2 - Stakeholder Interviews

Upon understanding your business goals, we conduct a series of stakeholder interviews to become more familiar with the organization.  These interviews help our team to understand the organization from multiple perspectives and potentially recommend additional survey items.  

Step 3 - Communication Launch

Our team designs the right communication strategy to inform the team members of your organization the important dates and elements of the Employee Engagement initiative. 

Step 4 - Organizational Structure

Verify your organization's people structure.  Engagement happens between team members and their direct managers and their team members.  By understanding how your organization is structured, we can then provide each team with personalized scorecards, post-survey.  

Step 5 - Survey Administration

Evolve gathers data via email or text.  Pen and paper available as needed.  Most administrations are open for two weeks.  You will have access to real time data.  

Step 6 - Executive Debrief of Results and Recommendations

Evolve's team compiles relevant insights that help your organization "aim" its Human Capital to achieve business goals.  

Step 7 - Manager Education

Post survey activities are the most important part of the process. Evolve assists in equipping managers with the necessary tools and education to lead teams through results sharing and impact planning.
